4 Fun Family Activities to Stay Active this Eid

Eid is here again! Did I hear you say “Yay – time to get some rest?” Lol… you’re right. This is a joyous celebration that brings families together to celebrate and create lasting memories – and of course, a needed break from work.



It's the perfect time to engage in fun activities that promote physical activity, bonding, and a healthy lifestyle.

So, gather your loved ones and check out these fun and memorable ideas for an active 2-day celebration!


1. Outdoor Games for All Ages:


    • Traditional Game Time: Rediscover the joy of our traditional games like Ayo, Ludo, and Drafts. Set up a shaded area in your compound or visit a space in your sitting room to enjoy these games as a family.

    • Tug of War: Divide into teams and engage in a friendly competition of Tug of War. It's a great way to build strength, teamwork, and laughter!
